The police set up a cordon at Göingegatan and worked during the evening with, among other things, dog patrols at the site.
A police helicopter was also in the area.
- This happened outdoors in the middle of a residential area and not that late in the evening, so there have been a lot of people on the move, says Evelina Olsson, press spokesperson at the police.
The injured man, who is in his 30s, was taken by ambulance to hospital with a confirmed gunshot wound.
- But he should be slightly injured, says Evelina Olsson to SVT Nyheter Skåne.
A police patrol went during the evening to the hospital to question him.
At the moment, no suspect has been arrested.
