The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan denied the information about the suspension of the republic's membership in the CSTO

“The information that appeared in some social networks about the allegedly planned withdrawal of Kazakhstan from the CSTO is an absolute fake and does not correspond to reality,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

In August, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced joint exercises with Kazakhstan within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
