Kilsskola was closed after an extensive water leak

It was on Thursday morning that a water leak that affected many households and businesses was discovered in central Kil.

Above all, Sannerudsskolan, which has activities from preschool to year 9, was affected and at 12.30 a decision was made that the school would close for the day because the toilets and kitchen could not be used.

The water leak was quickly located and repairs began.

The water came back on during the afternoon and for the students in pre-school to year 6 the school will be open as usual on Friday.

For upper secondary school, however, teaching will take place remotely.
