Ombudsman of Ukraine Lubinets refused to negotiate the exchange of prisoners with the LNR and the DNR

“I’m ready to talk about the release of our citizens with the Russian side – the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation, Ms. Tatyana Moskalkova… I don’t legitimize pseudo-republics and I don’t negotiate with intermediaries in the form of the so-called LPR and DPR,” he wrote in his Telegram.

At the end of June, the authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic and Ukraine held an exchange of prisoners.

The parties exchanged 144 people each.

Earlier, a captured soldier of the 53rd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces, Vadim Agafonov, told reporters that Ukrainian soldiers were being prepared for an attack on the Donbass and Russia.
