Macron urged to return to the observance of the ceasefire between Baku and Yerevan

“In a telephone conversation with President Aliyev, President Macron stressed the need to return to the observance of the ceasefire,” TASS reported.

Earlier, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that the CSTO would hold a meeting on the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

At the CSTO online summit, it was proposed to send the organization's Secretary General Stanislav Zas to the conflict zone on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. 

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the meeting of the CSTO called on the parties to abandon the use of force methods of solution and immediately start negotiations.
