Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, launched an integrated housing plan to provide 15,800 homes for citizens in Dubai over the years. His Highness added: "The goal will not be to provide housing only for citizens, but rather integrated neighborhoods, a quality of life and a social system that guarantees stability for all families."

His Highness continued, "In the coming months, we will launch a set of community projects within the Citizens Affairs and Development Committee to ensure a high quality of life for all segments of society."

This came during his visit, accompanied by the Commissioner-General of Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Quality of Life Mattar Al Tayer, and the Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Omar Bushehab, to a number of housing projects in Al Warqa’a 4 and Al Khawaneej 2, which are being worked on to implement housing projects for citizens. With a value of 1.7 billion dirhams, His Highness was also briefed on the new vision of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, which is based on diversifying housing options for citizens and accelerating the fulfillment of all housing requests for the next twenty years.

The integrated housing plan, which will be followed up by the Citizens Affairs and Development Committee, focuses on providing proactive housing services in line with the leadership’s vision, and focusing on providing 15,800 homes for citizens in Dubai until 2026. The plan is set to meet the objective of the approved housing program in Dubai, which includes implementing 4000 housing units with different options until 2026.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, during his visit to the Al Warqa housing project, was briefed on the models of residential villas. The project, with a completion rate of 45% and a value of 177 million dirhams, includes the implementation of 136 villas characterized by various designs characterized by optimal use of spaces, and each villa includes four bedrooms in addition to other basic facilities, while the delivery of ready units will start during 2023.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, during his inspection visit to the fourth Al Warqa project, was briefed on the plans of the upcoming housing projects in the Al Khawaneej Al Seconda housing project, at a total cost of 1.56 billion dirhams. .
