Ty Cobb, a former White House legal adviser who defended Trump against Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into the 'Russia scandal' during the time of former US President Donald Trump, predicted that Trump's legal action would be high.

Former White House legal adviser Cobb appeared on a CBS podcast on the 10th (local time) and said that there is a high chance that former President Trump will be charged with the invasion of the 1/6 Capitol.

"I think that former President Trump is in a serious legal trouble because of his actions related to the 1/6 incident and his attempts to obstruct the counting of elections in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Michigan, rather than a search and seizure of Maro Lago's home," he said.

He further argued that the FBI's raid on former President Trump's home was also suspected to be related to the authorities' investigation into the 1/6 incident.

"This raid and seizure is about the bigger picture: the 1/6 scandal, the fake electoral college issue, election fraud and his desperate attempt to hold the presidency," Cobb said.

He was told that the reason for this judgment was that "the search and seizure warrants are unusually broad and very comprehensive."

Cobb said that the search and seizure of former President Trump's home ostensibly pointed to charges of violating the Counter-Espionage Act, but in reality, it was aimed at all acts of disobedience that former President Trump took while driving the last presidential election, including the 1/6 incident. It is a judgment.
