Two men aged 22 and 33 were arrested on Tuesday in Orléans (Loiret) by the anti-crime brigade (BAC).

They are suspected of being involved in the violent attack on a young man on August 28 in Saran (Loiret).

The 20-year-old victim had been beaten and stabbed multiple times by an individual to whom she had refused to give her smartphone,

The attacker who had also used a dummy firearm was accompanied by another man who had participated in the violence.

The investigation, in particular the analysis of DNA collected at the scene of the attack, had made it possible to identify two suspects.

These are the two individuals arrested nine days later.

The stabbed young man had been taken to the hospital by his girlfriend, present at the time but not injured.

He had undergone emergency surgery and received 30 days of ITT.

The two suspects were taken into custody and then transferred on Thursday.
