While these professions are divided into five skill levels, the first includes the skill level of specialized professions that require a high degree of scientific skills with a university qualification, and the second includes technical professions that require the availability of mental, practical and supervisory skills, with an intermediate institute qualification, and the third includes professional labor that requires practical skills with a stage qualification. The fourth category is the employment that occupies professions that require the availability of practical and professional skills, and the fifth is the category of the low-skilled worker.
