There will be no award ceremony for Coni

merits, scheduled for 10 September, in the headquarters of the Province of Arezzo and which had raised the protests of Martina Rossi's parents: among the winners was

Alessandro Albertoni,

one of the two definitively convicted for attempted sexual violence as part of the investigation into the death of the twenty-year-old Genoese.

Last night the Coni had revoked the bronze medal attributed to Albertoni

for the Italian motocross title won two years ago.

Now the decision, communicated this morning by the provincial Coni, to cancel the whole ceremony.

Albertoni was sentenced, along with

Luca Vanneschi

, to three years of imprisonment.

Both defendants have applied to be entrusted to social services on which the supervisory judge has not yet expressed himself.
