"Permanent rocket attacks": in Kupyansk announced the evacuation of women and children due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The head of the military-civilian administration of the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev, announced the evacuation of women and children from a number of settlements in the region in connection with the constant shelling of territories by the Kyiv regime.

“Today, such a situation is developing in the city of Kupyansk that we are simply forced to ensure the evacuation of the population, at least children, women, due to the fact that the city is constantly under terror, constant rocket attacks precisely from the armed formations of Ukraine, which do not leave attempts to destroy the infrastructure of the city,” Ganchev said in a video published by the press service of the region.

According to him, the evacuation will affect almost the entire Kupyansky and Izyumsky districts.

He noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine caused "serious material and moral damage" to the population of the Kharkov region.

“Today, I don’t see any other way out, how to simply ensure at least the rescue of children who are under constant shelling,” he said.

Explosion at the headquarters of the movement "We are together with Russia" in Melitopol

On the evening of September 7, the Kyiv regime committed a terrorist attack on the territory of the Zaporozhye region - the headquarters of the public movement "We are together with Russia" in the city of Melitopol was blown up.

According to the chairman of the movement, the head of the branch of the Russian Historical Society of the Zaporozhye region, Vladimir Rogov, on the air of the Solovyov LIVE TV channel, no one was injured as a result of the terrorist attack, only material damage was caused.

“Ukraine has again committed a terrorist attack: the headquarters in Melitopol was blown up - along Lomonosov Street, 234,” he said in his Telegram channel.

Shelling civilians in the evening and at night is all that Ukraine is capable of,” Rogov wrote on Telegram.

Zaporozhye NPP

Volodymyr Rogov also called for the demilitarization of the right bank of the Dnieper, from where Ukrainian armed forces are shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

“The nuclear power plant and Energodar are under the reliable protection of the National Guard and the Russian army, and in order to stop the shelling, it is necessary to demilitarize the right bank of the Dnieper.

Commenting on the statement of the head of the Ukrainian nuclear energy company Energoatom, Petr Kotin, that Kyiv is in favor of deploying international peacekeepers on the territory of the ZNPP, he stressed that the Ukrainian side is interested in a nuclear facility exclusively for military purposes.

"The presence of Russian security forces at the nuclear power plant is a guarantee of the safety of the nuclear power plant and peaceful life in the region," he said.

Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that he would ask IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi to explain the idea of ​​a ZNPP security zone.

In turn, Vladimir Putin expressed confidence in the report of the agency's mission, but noted at the same time that the organization was under pressure from the United States and Europe and could not directly say that the shelling was coming from the Ukrainian side.

Ukrainian armed formations shelled the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic 43 times over the past day, a total of 227 units of various ammunition were used, the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire said.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine used Grad MLRS, 155, 152 and 122 mm artillery, 120 mm mortars, and 80 mm unguided rockets.

“Under enemy fire were areas of seven settlements of the republic: Donetsk (Kyiv, Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts), Golmovsky, Zaitsevo, Gorlovka, Novoselovka, Yasinovataya, Makeevka (Chervonogvardeysky district),” the report says.

As a result of Ukrainian shelling, five people received injuries of varying severity.

Also, 16 housing constructions were damaged in the Kirovsky, Petrovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts of Donetsk, Gorlovka, as well as three civilian infrastructure facilities.
