“If you are talking about such a common expression as state terrorism, then from a legal point of view, our state does not accept it.

There are a number of legal explanations why we do not accept this Western development, ”said Zakharova, answering a question from RT.

At the same time, she added that, of course, the actions of Kyiv from the point of view of methodology fall under the definition of terrorist.

“Of course, of course, what they are doing, and in the context of the Zaporozhye NPP, is direct terrorization using a nuclear facility,” Zakharova said.

Earlier, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that the Russian side does not consider the initiative of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to create a protective zone around the Zaporozhye NPP to be serious.

Nebenzya stressed that Russia fully ensures the safety of the station.
