Among them, there are 358 secondary vocational education, 744 higher vocational education specialists, and 247 higher vocational education undergraduates.

  During the development of this "Introduction", the Ministry of Education actively gathered industry forces, gave full play to the role of think tanks, analyzed job requirements, consolidated the results of education reform, and organized tens of thousands of experts and scholars to jointly develop it; in the process of finalizing the manuscript, academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering were successively absorbed. The "Introduction" fully reflects the new requirements of the Vocational Education Law, fully demonstrates the elements and environmental requirements of vocational education at all levels and professional personnel training, and fills the gap in the introduction of vocational undergraduate majors.

"Introduction" is based on enhancing the adaptability of vocational education, reflecting the positioning difference and correlation of personnel training in secondary vocational, vocational colleges, and vocational undergraduates.
