The tip of the iceberg

- Many times it is the case that you cannot bear it, but I report verbally to my immediate boss, and then I think I have handed over information.

The system of deviation management is very resource-intensive, says Andreas Persson.

- I am there to help and care for people, not to fight and wrestle down.
