  The Russian Ministry of Defense said in a briefing on the 5th that on the 4th, Ukraine used a drone to attack the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

Under the interference of Russian electronic countermeasures equipment, the UAV of the Ukrainian army lost control and fell about 1 km away from the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

On August 25, due to shelling and damage to transmission lines, the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant was completely disconnected from the Ukrainian national grid for the first time, and power was cut off in some areas.

  Ukrainian state nuclear power company also said it was continuing to monitor radiation levels at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and denied some social media reports of runaway radiation levels at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
