Officially inducted as British Prime Minister on Tuesday, Liz Truss gave her very first speech when she entered 10 Downing Street in London.

Getting out of the "storm", facing the energy crisis, reforming the public health system... She presented her major projects.

Liz Truss delivered a simple and sober speech that contrasted with Boris Johnson's arrogant and joking goodbye.

Dressed in a navy blue suit, smiling, but serious, Liz Truss presented the three priorities of her mandate.

The economy first of all: it intends to lower taxes to stimulate investment.

Second, the energy crisis: it promises an aid plan for the British this week and solutions to supply difficulties.

“Challenges to overcome”

Finally, the new Prime Minister is committed to reforming the NHS, the public health system, also in the midst of a crisis.

She concluded by trying to boost British morale.

"We shouldn't feel discouraged by the challenges we face," said Liz Truss.

"We have enormous reserves of talent, energy and determination. I am confident in our ability to weather the storm and we can become the remarkable, modern Britain that I know we are capable of. I am determined to do so. to arrive at."

Immediately after those words, the new Prime Minister disappeared behind the black door of 10 Downing Street, London.

To convince the British, Liz Truss will have to act quickly.
