According to the official WeChat news of the Sichuan Provincial Emergency Management Department, the Sichuan Province "9.5" Luding Earthquake Relief Province, City (Prefecture) County Frontline Joint Headquarters issued a notice on the 6th on the road to Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture. , Announcement on the implementation of traffic control on emergency rescue roads in the earthquake-stricken area of Shimian County, Ya'an City.
The notice stated that in order to ensure the smooth progress of the rescue and rescue work in the "9.5" Luding 6.8 earthquake-stricken area, in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", it was decided that the G4218 Yakang section of the Ya-Ye Expressway and other areas leading to the earthquake-stricken area would be carried out smoothly. Relevant roads are subject to traffic control.
The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Control time
From 6:00 on September 6, 2022, the end time will be announced later.
2. Controlled road sections and methods
(1) Traffic control is implemented on the whole line from Duogong to Kangding in the Yakang section of G4218 Yaye Expressway. Medium-sized and above trucks that need to go to the earthquake area should apply for a pass after exiting the multi-gong toll station. Medium-sized and above trucks without a pass issued by the headquarters No traffic; other vehicles can enter the expressway after making a U-turn in the square inside the multi-purpose toll station.
(2) Set up diversion points in Feixianguan and Yucheng District, Lushan County, Ya'an City on National Highway G318 to divert vehicles leading to the earthquake-stricken area. Vehicles without a pass issued by the headquarters are prohibited from entering the earthquake-stricken area.
(3) Set up a checkpoint at the Alps turntable intersection of Yumo Road Xincheng, and implement traffic control on all vehicles. Vehicles without a pass issued by the headquarters are prohibited from passing, and vehicles along the area under the jurisdiction pass with their ID cards.
(4) Medium-sized and larger trucks heading for Shimian via the Yaxi section of G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway and getting off at the Shimian toll station to go to the earthquake area should apply for a pass after exiting the Yingjing toll station; those without a pass issued by the headquarters Medium and above trucks are prohibited from entering the earthquake zone.
(5) Set up checkpoints at the intersection of Crescent Bridge in Shimian County and Provincial Highway S217, and implement traffic control on all vehicles. Vehicles without a pass issued by the headquarters are prohibited from passing, and vehicles along the area under the jurisdiction pass with their ID cards.
At present, the emergency rescue forces in the earthquake-stricken areas have been able to meet the needs, and social emergency rescue vehicles and forces should not go to the earthquake-stricken areas.
All kinds of vehicles for emergency rescue, medical and health care, transportation of emergency materials, construction appraisal and other vehicles will enter the earthquake area with the passes issued by the headquarters.
The pass shall be applied for by each unit from the Emergency Management Bureau of Ya'an City and Ganzi Prefecture.
All vehicles must obey the command of the on-site traffic police, and offenders will be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
