On August 29, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the dispatch of a new group of volunteers from the republic to the zone of a military special operation in Ukraine.
Kadyrov also asked Putin to give him the opportunity to quickly end the special operation in Ukraine.
