According to the Korean Meteorological Agency, Typhoon No. 11 is expected to pass east of Jeju Island around 3:00 am on the 6th and land in the southeastern part of South Korea around 6:00 am.

However, in September 2003, a typhoon that followed a similar path to this one made landfall in the southeastern part of South Korea, causing great damage, including 119 casualties.



Regarding this typhoon, the Korea Meteorological Agency has issued a typhoon warning for areas centered on the south, as it is expected to reach the Sea of ​​Japan off the coast of Pohang in the southeastern part of the country around 9:00 am.
