The Uddevalla sons Newkid and Stenström drew large crowds to the Museum Park: "Historically"

- It was a homecoming gig and the end of the tour.

It was exactly what Uddevalla needed.

As a single gig, and not a music festival, it is the biggest in Uddevalla.

It's historic that two uddeval guys get to do it, says Tobias Johansson on the organizer Carlia live.

Both Alexander "Newkid" Ferrer and Thomas Stenström come from Uddevalla, and when they went on stage in Museiparken on Saturday night, they drew such a large crowd that it caused problems with admission.

Frustrated patrons were still queuing outside the park when the concert began.

- The first problem was that people arrived too late, and the second was that the ticket supplier had a four-five minute downtime when it was most critical, says Tobias Johansson.

According to the organizer, the evening passed without incident.

- The artists have always said that we want to do a shut-up gig in Uddevalla.

It was very big for them too, says Tobias Johansson.
