According to him, the Tor is more effective than the Pantsir-S1 air defense system.
He noted that the Tor is capable of simultaneously intercepting four targets, including field rocket artillery missiles.
The author added that the air defense system has more maneuverable missiles than the Pantsir.
Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a conference call that Russian air defense forces intercepted 226 shells of the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system in August.
