The Central African Republic voted on Thursday for the amending finance bill, by 127 votes in favor and three against.

The vote on this budget comes in a context of budgetary austerity for the country.

Finance Minister Hervé Ndoba does not hesitate to say it: he needs to find 24 billion CFA francs to complete it.

International partners have suspended a large part of their aid, for fear that it will be used to finance the Russian paramilitaries.
