The Emirates Foundation for School Education has set a number of controls related to school service providers during the current academic year, and the safe return of students to government schools, which included the tasks of school administrations to ensure the safety of students.

One of the tasks of the school administration is to coordinate with school service providers to ensure that none of the infected people or those in contact with the school, and any of its facilities, until a negative result of the examination appears, according to the directives of the concerned health authorities, and to take the necessary preventive measures, and to put in place a clear mechanism that obliges school service providers and their workers to sign. And it called for coordination with the Facilities Department to ensure that all maintenance work inside the school is carried out by specialized and accredited companies, provided that all non-emergency work is carried out after the end of work hours or on weekends or vacations.
The Corporation stressed the need to coordinate with the concerned departments to monitor and evaluate performance indicators for the services being implemented, and indicators for the environment, health and safety of all service providers on a regular basis.

The Emirates Foundation for School Education confirmed that in the event of non-compliance with the procedures and controls, the necessary disciplinary and legal measures will be taken in accordance with the policies, regulations and procedures of the Emirates School Education Foundation and the binding laws and legislations in this regard, which may reach the point of terminating the contract for employees or service providers, with the violators bearing all the consequences.
