A young girl was beaten up in a room of a hotel in Sochaux, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday according to France Bleu Belfort-Montbéliard.
The 18-year-old major was also allegedly forced to undress by five young men who were in the room.
She was able to notify the authorities on Wednesday morning.
Two individuals, aged 18 and 21, were arrested.
They are prosecuted for "violence in meetings" and "threat under condition".
They will be judged on Tuesday in the Doubs.
