Education: Teaching Islamic education in private schools in the country is mandatory

In a statement, the Ministry of Education confirmed that all private schools in the country are obligated to apply the educational curricula of the Islamic education subject specified by the Ministry of Education and teach it from the first to the twelfth grade, and there has been no change in this policy, in schools that apply the curriculum Ministry of Education and the American Curriculum.

The ministry stated that schools that teach the British curriculum, which have 13 years of study, and in which the student begins to study the first grade a year before his counterpart in the Emirati or American curricula, is taught the Islamic education curriculum for the first grade in the Emirati curriculum for grade students. the second in the British curriculum;

Because they are the same age that they can absorb the curriculum.

The ministry stressed that all students will be taught Islamic education and Arabic for 12 academic years, whether they are within the British, American or Emirati curriculum.
