A Singapore-flagged tanker ran aground in the Suez Canal.
It is noted that navigation in the canal is completely stopped.
On August 20, 2021, the Ever Given container ship, which in March 2021 caused a complete blockage of the Suez Canal, successfully crossed it in the opposite direction.
