TikTok faces a fine of up to 4 million rubles due to content with LGBT propaganda

The judge of the precinct of the justice of the peace of the Tagansky district of Moscow said that, according to the materials, based on three decisions of Rosmolodezh, Roskomnadzor drew up a protocol for promoting non-traditional LGBT values, feminism and a distorted representation of traditional sexual values.

The protocol was drawn up according to part 2 of article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia.

The maximum punishment for legal entities under this article involves a fine of 4 million rubles.

Consideration of materials will continue on October 4.

In April, the justice of the peace of the judicial district of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined TikTok 2 million rubles for not removing LGBT content.
