It was 6 p.m. when the police were alerted to the Fröslunda area where a man was allegedly confronted by two robbers on Tuesday.
According to the man's information to the police, he must have been threatened with some kind of favor and forced to transfer several thousand kroner through a payment service.
- When you use a payment service, some information is provided, such as a telephone number.
So the state of the investigation looks good, but there is no designated suspect at this time.
We are working to get hold of the person who received the payment, but right now we do not know if the person was involved in the robbery or was used as an intermediary, says Åsa Willsund, police spokesperson.
The affected man is said to have suffered no physical injuries and the police are now looking for witnesses who saw the suspected robbery.
