Earlier, the newspaper Der Tagesspiegel reported that the US and the EU are concerned about the growing military cooperation between Russia and China.

The concern of the West is connected, among other things, with the Russian strategic exercises "Vostok-2022" with the participation of a military contingent from China.

The Vostok-2022 exercises will be held from September 1 to 7 at the training grounds of the Eastern Military District, as well as in the waters and coastal zones of the Sea of ​​Okhotsk and the Sea of ​​Japan.

In total, more than 50,000 military personnel will take part in the exercises.
