There is always a flow in our special accommodations, people are older, people pass away and then there will be places and we will expand later, says Mathz Eriksson (C), chairman of the social committee.
Recruitment of personnel
The transformation of ten places with a focus on psychiatry will increase the budget by SEK 1.6 million per year when more staff need to be recruited, but Mathz Eriksson (C) believes that they will pay off.
- It says that it will cost us more, but if we can bring in external investments, we can lower the cost anyway, and external investments are always very expensive, he says.
