wasting the family estate,
which -according to what he says in the divorce lawsuit published by the media Americans - has had an "adverse economic impact on the couple's assets.
The actor has denied these accusations in the documents that his legal team has presented in court and to which
People
magazine has had access.
Flavin
- who has filed a lawsuit against her still-husband in the Palm Beach courts - has requested "exclusive use" of his Palm Beach property, something to which the actor has agreed, according to the
New York Post.
According to the court documents to which the New York newspaper has had access, the actress has requested that the
assets
accumulated during their marriage be
"equally distributed"
, although Flavin demands to be
"compensated and compensated"
, receiving more money than Stallone.
Also, Flavin has requested that the
Rocky
star not be able to sell or transfer any property while the divorce process is open.
In court documents, the businesswoman and former American model has maintained that
the relationship is "irretrievably broken"
, but that they intend to carry out the process discreetly.
The former model has regained her maiden name and has requested exclusive use of her Palm Beach home, a request that Stallone has accepted.
The couple married in May 1997, ten years after they met, in a restaurant and have three daughters aged 25, 24 and 20.
Stallone had previously been married to Sasha Czack and Brigitte Nielsen.
