The annex to the regulation of “golden residency” permits, in the Cabinet’s decision on the executive regulations regarding the entry and residence of foreigners, to be implemented next month, identified five categories of humanitarian pioneers, who can obtain a “golden residency” permit, who have prominent and tangible contributions to this.
