It was one o'clock in the morning when four hooded men entered the home of Gabonese international

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

in Castelldefells, a suburb of Barcelona, by climbing the wall of his garden.

According to the revelations of

El País

and Rac1 radio, the thieves, armed with firearms and iron bars, threatened the footballer and his wife, tied them up and laid them on the ground for an hour until that they open a safe that contained valuables before fleeing.

The Barça footballer was hit in the chin with an iron bar.

His wife is also slightly injured in the head, but the couple refused to go to the hospital so as not to further traumatize their children, who were present during the burglary.

Two months ago, thieves had already broken into their home, but the family was away.

This time, the criminals seemed no longer afraid to cross paths with their victims.

A method that worries Barcelona when in mid-August, another Barça player,

Robert Lewandowski

,  had his watch stolen in broad daylight, in front of the training center, while signing autographs for his fans.
