According to a press release from the agency, six vehicles will be delivered to Kyiv to help detect mines on the coast.

It is noted that three will be delivered from a warehouse in the UK, three more will be purchased additionally.

“This vital equipment and training will help Ukraine make its waters safe, export grain and support the Armed Forces,” Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said.

At the end of June, Prime Minister Boris Johnson's office announced that London would provide Ukraine with £1 billion in military aid for defense purposes.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that weapons supplied by Washington to Kyiv prolong the conflict and lead to deaths.
