Two individuals sexually assaulted, hit and insulted a couple of women in a park in Fontenay-sous-Bois (Val-de-Marne) overnight from Wednesday to Thursday.

The Créteil prosecutor's office told

Le Figaro

that the violence was committed because of the victims' homosexuality.

The incident took place around 2 a.m.

The two women were kissing on a bench when they were attacked.

The two attackers forced them to touch their breasts and buttocks and uttered homophobic insults.

The victims fled but then fell on the two individuals, says France 3 Paris Ile-de-France.

An absolutely unacceptable lesbophobic act that must be sanctioned.
