"Unfriendly countries have already introduced seven packages of various kinds of sanctions aimed at causing maximum damage to the Russian economy, and an eighth is being prepared," Interfax quoted Patrushev as saying.
Earlier, Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that the West's anti-Russian sanctions had completely failed.
