“100% of the shares of JSC Support, which is the sole shareholder of the company, was acquired by media manager Oleg Leonov from the previous owner Ivan Eremin,” the publication reported.
A new board of directors of the organization has also been formed.
In addition to Leonov, it included Director of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences Fyodor Voitolovsky, HSE Vice-Rector for International Relations Victoria Panova, press secretary of Gazprombank Anton Trifonov and others.
