However, Nebenzya stressed that negotiations would be possible only when all the goals of the special operation were fulfilled.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that all the tasks of the special operation in Ukraine would be completed.

In June, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev also stressed that the special operation in Ukraine would continue until all the goals set by the Russian Supreme Commander-in-Chief were achieved.
