Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, who sparked controversy over a video of 'Frenzy Party', this time apologized for inappropriate photos taken by friends at her official residence.

Finnish public broadcaster YLE reported on the 23rd (local time) that Prime Minister Marin apologized for taking inappropriate photos and videos by his friends at his official residence.

On social media that day, a photo of two famous female influencers kissing at the Prime Minister's official residence with their breasts covered with a plaque that reads 'Finland' with their jackets almost naked went viral.

Prime Minister Marin did not appear in her picture.

After attending a rock music festival in early July, he invited her friends to his residence, where they spent time together in the sauna and swimming, acknowledging that her photo was taken at this time.

"It appears to have been taken in the guest bathroom downstairs in the official residence," he said. "The photo is not appropriate. It should not have been taken."

However, he stressed that his social activities did not pose a threat to Finnish national security, and the security posture was maintained, and attendees said they did not use the interior of the official residence except for toilets.

In response, an opposition politician and journalist posted a photo on Twitter of Prime Minister Marin at work, raising suspicions that the background or nameplate was similar to the photo in question.

The Times reported that the photos were taken from behind the desk Marin used to hold videoconferences with other European leaders.

Prime Minister Marin has been attracting attention as a privacy rather than a policy since last week a video of him dancing passionately with Finnish singers, broadcasters and lawmakers was leaked online.

Shortly thereafter, a video of him dancing in the VIP room of a famous club in Helsinki went viral, raising suspicions that a famous singer seemed to be kissing Prime Minister Marin's neck.

A video of Prime Minister Marin dancing while hugging a former female model was also released on the same day.

The video of the party was particularly controversial as the suspicion of hearing a slang term for drugs was raised, and Prime Minister Marine said that he was tested negative the day before as a result of a voluntary drug test.

In Finland, Prime Minister Marin's video has been criticized as inappropriate for an important time for security, such as inappropriateness as the head of a country or membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

On the other hand, there were many advocates that even the prime minister has the right to enjoy leisure freely.

A video of young women dancing and having fun with their friends is posted on social media, with the tagline 'solidarity with Sanna'.

In December 2019 at the age of 34, Prime Minister Marin was elected as the leader of Finland's largest Social Democratic Party, making him the world's youngest active prime minister at the time.

He has a four-year-old daughter from a longtime lover, married in 2020.

In December of last year, he apologized after having close contact with the foreign minister who tested positive for COVID-19, leaving his work phone at home and hanging out with his friends at nightclubs until 4 a.m.
