“This aid package provides €65 million for aid and investment in Ukraine.

Additional funds - €10 million - will also be allocated to projects aimed at clearing mines and other explosive devices," the agency said in a statement.

The Kingdom has also reserved €1 million for the restoration of the municipalities of Kherson, Odessa and Mykolaiv.

Another €2.5 million will be given to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as part of the provision of expertise in the field of macroeconomic reforms.

Finally, €2 million will also go to the United Nations Fund to Support Victims of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, following talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, said that new deliveries of military aid from the Netherlands would be an unpleasant surprise for Russia. 

At the same time, a representative of the US Department of Defense spoke about planning the supply of weapons to Ukraine "for months and years ahead."
