School administrations attributed this measure to their preparations to receive students’ families wishing to pay the fees for the first semester, books, transportation and school uniforms, in order to avoid overcrowding that occurs at the registration and accounts departments, and is repeated annually, as a result of some delays in completing the procedures before the beginning of the school year.

Private schools for students' families sent text messages stating that the registration, accounts, books and uniform departments will be open from eight in the morning until six in the evening, daily, including on weekends, to avoid standing in queues at the beginning of the school year.

School administrations indicated that they expect the registration and accounts departments to witness a crowding of students’ families during the next two days as a result of their return from summer vacation from outside the country, so they extended the work of the specialized departments in the school until six in the evening to give the students’ families an adequate opportunity to attend during the evening period, complete the procedures and pay the fees before The beginning of the school year.

School administrations reported that they organized the entry and exit of students' families to avoid any crowding or chaos.

She called on students' families not to be late in paying fees and receiving school supplies so that students can attend and work in the classroom with their colleagues without delay, noting the availability of books and school uniforms, which makes it easier for students to work on the first day without delay.

Private schools stated that they will deliver books and curricula to students on the first day of the school year by placing them on the students' seats due to the late arrival of some books and curricula, and to avoid overcrowding in front of the books and curricula department in the school.

She added that the students' families must pay the value of the textbooks with the first installment of the fees, stressing that they are informed by the supervisors that the books will be delivered to the students in the class during the first academic week of the next academic year.

The schools indicated that they organized their parking lots by security companies to avoid random parking of vehicles and obstruction of traffic.

Private schools confirmed that they will deliver books to students on the first school day.
