And the website of the "Russia Today" channel reported that Natalia Vovk, 43, pressed the button on the remote control that caused the detonation of the explosive device under the car of Daria Dugin, the daughter of the well-known Russian politician and philosopher Alexander Dugin.

The source added that Natalia - who was a member of the Ukrainian National Guard and the Nazi "Azov" battalion - entered Russia on July 23, with her 12-year-old daughter Sophia Chaban, who used her as a cover for the Daraya surveillance operation.

According to the information revealed by the Russian Federal Security Service, the perpetrators of the operation, when observing and tracking the victim, used a "Mini Cooper" car with a plate of the Donetsk Republic when entering Russia, and in Moscow they used a Kazakh plate, and when leaving they used a Ukrainian plate.

The FSB added that to organize the killing and obtain information about her lifestyle, Natalia Vovk and her daughter rented an apartment in Moscow in the building where Daria lives.

Daria was killed after leaving a popular event near Moscow on Saturday, and one of the organizers of the event said that her father was supposed to be in the car that exploded.

Daria Dugin worked as a press secretary for her father, a nationalist and leading theorist of the Kremlin's ideology who predicted the end of the era of Western liberalism.

According to reports in the Moscow media, the woman was on the British sanctions list for spreading false news about the Russian war on Ukraine.
