Officially, the work of the dialogue has been postponed until Wednesday, as there are still technical arrangements to be made, mainly the design and verification of secure badges for the 1,400 or so participants expected for the debates.

At 9 a.m., the doors of the Palace of January 15 will open with the organizing committee which must first present its activity report, before its dissolution marking the end of its mission, according to Njegoltar Armand, of the technical committee .

Then, it will be necessary to consider the development of internal regulations, followed by their adoption by the stakeholders.

This step completed will allow the establishment of the presidium, responsible for the proper conduct of the dialogue.

Finally, a precise agenda must be defined, the debates being already planned to be spread over a maximum of one month.

All these steps will occupy the rest of the week, before the actual opening of the dialogue.
