25 qualifying programs to train job seekers in Sharjah in September

The Sharjah Human Resources Department has announced its series of qualifying programs for the month of September, which target a segment of job seekers with various educational qualifications who are included in the department's system, from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region.


During the next month, the department will organize 25 electronic qualification programs to be held via the remote training system using the Microsoft Teams program.

The qualification programs for job seekers are one of the sustainable efforts of the Department to implement the approach of the Emirate of Sharjah in the development and investment of the human element, and to direct all available resources and energies to meet the requirements of development, and to enhance the capabilities, capabilities and experiences of the young generation, to inject highly skilled national cadres into the labor market.

The offered programs include: preparing feasibility studies for investment projects, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing, the role of the social worker during crises, communication skills, as well as innovation skills and future foresight, happiness strategy, professional CV writing, job guidance program for job interviews, and customer service for work. In the private sector, the International Program in Cyber ​​Security Certification, creativity in managing public relations and dealing with the media, leadership and management skills, and individual financial planning.
