“The prosecutor's office put under control the progress and results of the investigation of the criminal case initiated by the investigating authority under paragraph “e” of Part 2 of Art.

105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder committed in a generally dangerous way),” the statement says.

Earlier, TASS, citing law enforcement agencies, reported on the explosion of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado near the village of Bolshie Vyazyomy.

Later it became known that Daria Dugin, the daughter of the philosopher and political scientist Alexander Dugin, was in the car.

She died in the explosion.

The SC opened a criminal case into the incident.
