It was early Monday morning that one person died and another person was seriously injured after a fight in central Halmstad.
A young man under the age of 18 has since Wednesday evening been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
On Saturday, the Public Prosecutor's Office announced via a press release that the man had been requested to be detained on probable cause, and on Sunday it was decided that the man should be detained.
Also suspected of drug offences
He is also suspected of serious weapons crime and serious drug crime in Mariestad, where he was arrested.
He himself denies any crime.
Charges must be filed no later than September 2 at 11 a.m.
