In April 2021, the administrative court in Gothenburg ruled that the 15-year-old should be in compulsory care according to the Act on care of young people, LVU.

The social board in Gothenburg said, among other things, that the 15-year-old suffered "a significant risk of being harmed through the abuse of addictive substances, criminal activity and socially destructive behavior".

Repeatedly violent

On several occasions, reports of concern have been made against the 15-year-old, including from his school where he is said to have been repeatedly violent towards both children and adults.

The 15-year-old has also been suspected of several serious crimes, such as serious theft and illegal threats.

The administrative court writes in its decision on compulsory care from 2021 that the 15-year-old has an escape behavior and that the care cannot be carried out in an open environment.

SVT has been in contact with the 15-year-old's lawyer, who announces that the 15-year-old denies any crime.
