He told RIA Novosti about this.

According to Wasserman, the "Novorossiysk district" may include, in particular, "Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa."

Wasserman also spoke about the possible emergence of a "South-Western" district, which could include other Ukrainian cities.

At the same time, he proposed not to hurry with the holding of referendums, but to postpone them until next year due to the complications caused by the "terrorist group" in Ukraine.

On July 25, Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, said that the referendums on joining the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions could be held on the same day.

According to him, the Zaporozhye region is forever lost to Ukraine.

Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, noted in early August that they intend to determine the date of the referendum within a month.
