“The facilities of almost all educational institutions are used to accommodate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, mercenaries and nationalists, ammunition depots, headquarters, communication points and other military facilities,” Mizintsev said.
He stressed that this fact was also recorded in the report of the international organization Amnesty International.
