The Russian Aerospace Forces hit the points of temporary deployment of the Azov and Aidar units in the DPR

According to the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov, the points of temporary deployment of the Aidar national battalion unit in the Soledar region (DPR) were also hit.

"More than 50 nationalists were destroyed, as well as 12 units of military equipment," a spokesman for the defense department said. 

On August 19, it became known that the allied forces of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and Russia had liberated 270 settlements in the DPR.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Ukrainian military and nationalists equipped strongholds and ammunition depots in kindergartens in Artyomovsk, Slavyansk and Soledar (DPR).
